User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Types

  • Store Owners: Business accounts with full platform access
  • Employees: Staff accounts with role-based permissions
  • Customers: Consumer accounts for shopping and orders
  • Logistics Partners: Third-party service provider accounts
  • Administrators: Platform management accounts

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

Prohibited Uses

  • Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Transaction Fees

  • Payment processing fees apply to all transactions
  • Marketplace commission fees (2%) apply to cross-store orders
  • Additional fees may apply for premium features
  • All fees are clearly displayed before transaction completion

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
  • Product returns are subject to individual store policies
  • Refunds for technical issues are evaluated case-by-case
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

The Suqan Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Suqan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
  • We may remove content that violates our policies

Trademark Usage

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

Effect of Termination
